Due to the custom nature of our DTF gang sheets, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- There is a printing defect or error caused by us.
- The order received does not match the specifications provided.
Note: We cannot accept returns for errors in artwork or specifications provided by the customer. Please ensure your designs meet our submission guidelines.
2. Requesting a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, you must:
